ABOUT The founder

Ms. Sinikiwe Zondi is the Founder and Managing Director of The Gifted Consultants — a South African workforce consultancy built to connect international businesses with skilled, motivated talent and deliver sustainable hiring solutions across borders.

With a foundation in business development, strategic partnerships, and workforce solutions, Ms. Zondi established The Gifted Consultants with a clear purpose: to create a trusted, people-first consultancy that bridges the gap between global employer demand and African talent supply.

As Managing Director, she leads the company’s commercial strategy, international market expansion, and the development of long-term partnerships with EU and UK-based recruitment agencies and employers. Her focus is on building the kind of relationships that create lasting value for clients, for partners, and for the candidates whose careers are shaped by the opportunities they unlock together.

Ms. Zondi brings a strong track record in new business development, having secured multi-year workforce contracts and led successful RFP submissions across sectors. She is driven by a belief that Africa’s talent is a global asset and that the right partnerships can make that potential accessible to employers anywhere in the world.
